Ollie Webb Center, Inc. is an umbrella agency for Career Solutions, Inc. and The Arc of Omaha. These local non-profit agencies enrich the lives of children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities and their families through support, programs and advocacy.

Career Solutions, Inc. assists adults (age 18 and older) with developmental disabilities to explore their potential and develop options to fulfill their life choices. The areas of support strive to enable individuals to become responsible and independent citizens who maximize their potential, have a high quality of life and become valuable contributors to society. Programs include:
